The cracker is made by mixing Hoki Cod fish and chicken together and then extrude into the desirable cracker shape. We are trying our best to make it as thin as possible in a home made standard. The smell of fish and chicken are pretty distinct and the fish fillet is quite visible on the cracker. Isn't it great to be able to have both seafood and meat in one single treat!
